Optimal Programming LLC is a small business with the goal of providing education and guidance to individuals pursuing their fitness journey. In the age of information, there is a plethora of content on the internet regarding fitness, health and nutrition. We help filter through this content to provide the best information necessary to help you achieve your goals in the safest and most optimal fashion.

The Optimal Programming Methodology is a continuously developing progression system of exercise that ensures consistent improvement. It is continually developing as we stay up to date on the both the latest peer reviewed research as well as trends in the fitness community and apply it accordingly to our programming (the legitimate stuff, of course). We break down big goals into smaller more achievable goals, and build a solid foundation that drives progression and success with our clients.
