Your First Step to Achieving your Fitness Goals in 4 Easy Steps

This is our step by step guide to getting started. We try to make it as simple as possible!

Step 1: Fill out the Form

This helps us learn about you! The more information we have, the better we can tailor your program.

Step 2: Check your email

You should receive a link from optimalprogramming@gmail.com within 24 hours. This link will have you download our training app. After you create and set-up your account, you should have full access to message us directly! We may ask a few more follow-up questions to finalize your program creation, and to confirm payments (all through the app). For everyone’s convenience, all commmunication and payments will be done through the app. If you would like to update your program at any time, just message us directly.

Step 3: Start Training

Within 24 hours of your account creation and payment, we should have your program LIVE. You’ve officially started training, and you have full access to your coach via the app. Any questions, comments or concerns, feel free to message us directly there. You should always receive a response within 24 hours.

Step 4: Continually Progress

Progression. Optimal Programming’s philosophy revolves around managing progression and improving accordingly. Month to month is encouraged to ensure consistent progression. Every month we make the necessary adjustments to improve your training programs to help you achieve your goals.
